El Paseo Square is a multi–tenant retail property in Palm Desert, CA., which includes first class luxury frontage space and luxury internal space.  As part of the design for El Paseo Square's retail property, Thienes Engineering needed to incorporate stormwater design aspects to promote infiltration and prevent runoff.  Prinsco HydroStor underground infiltration chambers were chosen as part of this solution as they enable engineers to design high quality stormwater management systems that will fit into tight spaces.

Prinsco's HydroStor HS75 chamber offered a number of benefits, including a low cost and rapid installation along with the ability to install this sub–surface BMP early in construction. HydroStor chambers also offer the benefit of pretreatment of site runoff with their Sediment row as well as the open bottom chamber to encourage infiltration and reduced downstream flow. Doug Berg, local Prinsco sales and engineering representative, and Mike Etheridge, United Water Works Branch Manager, provided installation and support from pre–construction to completion.
